Really good local food with great portions and unbeatable prices. The interior gives family owned restaurant vibes. Fair warning you might have to wait a bit but it's worth it

Literally the most authentic Greek local dining experience we had in Crete. The food was absolutely delicious and cooked with love. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable. If we return to Crete for the next time, this will be our must-visit restaurant.

We were so hot and tired, and felt completely refreshed by our lovely lunch here. The host was so generous and brought us extra desserts, raki and bruschetta. We had an amazing meal, the best we have had in Crete.

Absolutely phenomenal, we went for lunch and it was quiet. We had the chicken salad and a local Cretan pasta. Both were huge portions, freshly made and delicious.We had to take left overs away with us it was so much food!Prices are very low for the area, we paid, 17 euros for both dishes and 2 drinks. As we were leaving we were bought Ouzo and Desert!Can't recommend this place enough.

It's such a great place to have Cretan food. The food was delicious and the portions are quite big and the prices are so low. The owner is super sweet and prepares the food himself. The deserts were free and we got an extra portion of melon as dessert! The owner is very humble, no unnecessary pretentious touristy setting, which is the only reason the I can imagine why some uncultured tourists would give a bad reviews.
